Introduction

Our client, ADB Gjensidige, needed an experienced partner to handle the translation needs of their various departments.

Challenges

Highly specific terminology needed to be accurately translated. The materials needed to reflect the appropriate style and deliveries needed to be organised at a rapid pace.

Solution

Highly specific terminology and challenging texts forced us to build teams of linguists for each language combination. Initially, these teams worked on term base creation for English-Lithuanian-Latvian-Estonian-Russian language combinations.

Verification of the term base by the client ensured proper and consistent terminology across all translations.

Regular teams of linguists were built to follow the client’s terminology and style requirements.

Same/next day translations of promo and internal communication texts were organised.

Results

Timely deliveries of urgent and/or specific insurance, legal and marketing translations were ensured. Efficient communication and good process organisation allowed us to work at a fast pace, while maintaining high quality.
