Challenges
The project successfully addressed the challenge of low search rankings by testing multiple keyword variations beyond those initially provided by the client. Despite limited results from Google Ads Keyword Planner, our team leveraged the expertise of professional linguists to identify more effective keywords across multiple languages, enhancing the site's international SEO potential. Additionally, we overcame the challenge of shortening text—a common issue in translation where text length increases—by crafting concise, well-optimised content that preserved both essential keywords and core messaging. These efforts resulted in improved keyword targeting and better alignment with SEO goals across different languages.
Conclusion
This project has shown that the analysis of narrowly specific keywords and the optimisation of Meta texts require not only the use of automated tools, but also linguistic expertise and a creative approach. In cooperation with the client and using effective solutions, the website and Google Ads were optimised for search engines.
Solution
-Alternative keyword selection
Since Google Adwords Keywords Planner did not find any keywords that were significantly effective, the linguists used their own experience to analyse the keywords previously used by the clients, matching them with the context.
-Efficient shortening of Meta texts
We worked closely with the client to shorten the texts - we received clear guidelines on which parts of the text are less important and can be removed without losing their meaning. This ensured that the text complied with character limits and maintained SEO effectiveness.
-Accurate checking of the length of Meta texts
We used the Digital tools for meta length checking tool to ensure that texts in all languages met the specified character limits. This prevented Meta descriptions that were too long or displayed incorrectly.
Results

The Meta texts we developed were adapted to the specific character limitations of each language and adapted to the market terminology.

Linguists have managed to strike an optimal balance between keyword frequency and text clarity, despite low search rankings for certain terms.
